Today was a beautiful Fall day in Mukwonago! 72 degrees- can you believe it?? Cody and I were so excited to get outside and explore what nature has to offer! We love hiking in the Kettle Moraine State Forest. It is full of trails that seem to never end, and there’s always picturesque scenery. One of our favorite hikes in the Kettle Moraine is Bald Bluff– a short but scenic hike in Palmyra. Today, though, Cody wanted to do some scouting for deer, so we drove down to LaGrange and found the public trail entrance. From there, there’s a whole trail system in the forest that you can walk for miles! We didn’t see any deer today, but Cody did find some tracks. Be sure to stop out and visit a Kettle Moraine trail if you’re in the area, you can find the trail site here and here!
